Calling all Forty Something Single Mums!

When was the last time you chatted to someone of the opposite sex; had fun and flirted without worrying about who was looking after your children or how much it was costing you; or what this person was expecting at the end of the night?

Just because you’re a single mum doesn’t mean that you are never going to need companionship ever again; and although being a single parent might be new to you; once you have taken the time to get used to the idea and old wounds have healed, then your desire to have someone in your life still remains.

But how do you go about looking for a potential partner without disrupting the lives of your children and making them feel perhaps more unstable than they maybe already do?

Well there is a great way to satisfy your need for company and to add a little fun into your life, without involving your children in any way; and it is by joining an online dating website.

Whether you are serious about finding someone who might potentially be your next life partner; or whether you just want to have a bit of fun and meet some new people along the way; online dating is the perfect way to go.

There is no commitment to talk to anyone if you don’t want to; but it allows you the freedom to search member’s profiles at your leisure and fulfil the maybe strict criteria that you have for any potential partners or new friends.

The cost is tiny compared to anything you might spend on a night out or a babysitter; and it is only when you are ready to take things further with someone that you might have met that you need leave your house.

It also gives you the added freedom of being completely upfront about your situation; whatever that may be; and safe in the knowledge that anyone who is interested in you is so for the right reasons; as long as you are upfront and honest on your profile; and what would be the point in not.

So what reason is there not to go for it?  You have nothing to lose and everything to gain; so why not make the most of your free time, however little you have; and start looking for that certain someone or new friend after you put the kids to bed tonight; you never know what might be waiting for you around the next corner.
